How do I order?
Orders can be submitted online via this Website, by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone (908) 766-3777. Submitted online orders are normally shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. Shopping carts never expire so all items added will remain in your cart indefinitely until you delete your items from the shopping cart. Ordering is secured by the latest SSL encryption technology during checkout process. In other words, your credit card information is safe! We will not retain your credit card information.
All orders will have a $50 minimum.
What about out of stock items?
If a product is "Out of Stock" it will go on back-order. You will not be formally charged for any back-ordered product(s) until that product is physically shipped from our warehouse. Please feel free to contact our office for tentative arrival date of back-ordered items.
Please note that our product is shipped from Germany, so Back Orders may take 4-8 weeks to clear Customs and be shipped to our warehouse.
What about drop ship or gift orders?
Drop shipments (orders being sent in your behalf to different individuals) are available for addresses in the USA. A $5.00 Drop Ship fee will be charged for all such orders.
What about special orders?
Reutter Porzellan are equipped to handle special orders, where there is a different pattern or product required. Special orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed or returned after shipment for any reason. A Special Order will take approximately 3 months if the porcelain and patterns are in stock. If a sample is required, the prototype will take approximately 3 months to be delivered, and the special order would take 3 months once the order has been placed. Please contact our office for complete details on factory special orders.
How do I pay for an order?
If ordering online, we accept most major credit/debit cards including; Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal as a payment option during checkout. If you wish to pay for your order via Check, Cash or Money Order, please note that we will ship once payment has been received and cleared.
How do I cancel an order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Please call us immediately at (908) 766-3777 if you should choose to cancel your order. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
How much is shipping?
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your order. Shipping Costs are dependent on the weight of the items in your cart, shipping method you select and location of your delivery address. Your total shipping charge will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Liability for a shipped order by Karen Aird Miniatures transfers to the customer when the package is accepted by the shipper (USPS or UPS). USPS does not automatically insure all their packages. This is why we urge customers to insure packages. Optional shipping insurance is available by a customer’s request at an additional cost. Please contact us via e-mail to arrange insurance.
